Order Form for Ames Publications

The distributor for Ames Foundation volumes is W. S. Hein & Co., Inc., 2350 North Forest Rd., Getzville, NY 14068 (phone [toll free]: (800)828-7571; phone: (716)882-2600; FAX: (716)883-8100; email). Most Ames Foundation volumes are offered to members of the Selden Society at a concessional rate and are post-free if payment in U.S. dollars accompanies the order. Residents of the U.S. states of New York and Colorado will be charged sales tax. Checks should be made out to William S. Hein & Co., Inc. The discount for Selden members is $10 per volume on most volumes. If you wish to be billed, to pay by credit card, or to place an order for a volume that is not yet available in print, please email Hein. Please allow six weeks for delivery.

The easiest way to order Ames volumes from Hein is to copy the volume or volumes that you want from the Order Form below, paste it into an email, fill out the number of copies desired, extend the volume price, and email it to Hein. They will get back to you with the full price, and you can then either pay by credit card or mail them back a U.S. dollar check. If you are entitlted to the Selden discount, print out the order form, fill it in, and send it by mail accompanied by a U.S. dollar check, including the sales tax if applicable, to W. S. Hein & Co., Inc., Attn: New Orders, 2350 North Forest Rd., Getzville, NY 14068.

The Common and Piepowder Courts of Southampton, 1426–1483 is not available from Hein because it has not yet been converted into Ames format. The Foundation has a few copies of the Southampton Records Series version. Instructions for how to order it are contained below the Order Form.

The Common and Piepowder Courts of Southampton, 1426–1483 (Olding ed. 2011) (published in collaboration with the Southampton Records Series, ISBN 1-893606-05-6) is not available from Hein because it has not yet been coverted into Ames format. The Foundation has a few copies of the Southampton Records Series version (2 parts sold as one, paper cover). They are priced at $US50 for the set. There is no discount available. Email the Foundation for a quotation, which will depend on shipping and currency conversion costs.
