His widow’s attempt to revive the action was dismissed with no bar to further proceedings in the Barbados Chancery. The outcome of such proceedings, if any, is not given in the APC. There is a request for an additional appeal by Thomas Noel Seawell. Whether that appeal was granted is also not stated in the APC. |
